Happy New Year 2025. 

January is a time for resetting, regrowth, and goal setting. My intentions for 2025 are to focus on 4 key words. What are yours? 

GRATITUDE, STRENGTH, PURPOSE, BREAKTHROUGH!!!

I am so GRATEFUL for my community here in Bend; family, friends, professional, and recreational. This place is where I work, play, and connect. I wouldn't be anywhere else. 

Our lives continue to become more complex as everything evolves. For me, it's important than ever to have STRENGTH in body, mind, and spirit to navigate a complex world. I am committing to a strong focus on these three elements in my daily routine. 

I am committed to my PURPOSE of serving my clients and being the best I can be each day in every aspect of my life. 

This year I am focused on a BREAKTHROUGH to create more balance through; top physical health, mental and emotional vitality, and blending these with my work, personal life, and in my community. 

Bend and Central Oregon continue to see growth as people are drawn to the high quality of life. This continues to keep the real estate market strong. With that said, we are in the slowest months for sales and we do see motivated sellers creating unique buying opportunities. I am always on the look out for unique and well priced properties, so reach out if you would like to learn more.

The Central Oregon real estate market has seen some improvement for buyers over the last few months. Additional inventory combined with less buyers during the slow winter months is helping bring the market back in balance between sellers and buyers. 

Interest rates unfortunately have continued in the 6.5%-6.9% range keeping some financed buyers still on the sideline. However, there are many special programs that can help buyers get rates in the 5% range. From first time home buyer programs, to investor programs, and rate buy downs, there are many creative ways to finance a home.
